Privacy notice

Information you provide

When you create an account, send an enquiry, or submit an order request, we collect the contact, account, and delivery details you provide, along with the items you selected and your message.

How information is used

We use this information to manage your account, respond to your questions, review order requests, and contact you about product details, availability, pricing, delivery and next steps.

Accounts and order requests

Account profile details and order requests are stored in the store’s online service. Customer order records are intended to be available only to the account holder and authorised store staff. Submitting a request does not process payment.
